This one started as a wall of overgrown brush and tangled vegetation taking up a solid chunk of usable commercial property. Dense shrubs, tall weeds, and heavy brush had completely taken over the area right off the existing concrete - the kind of growth that doesn't go away on its own and gets worse every season you let it sit.
We brought in the Kubota track machine and got to work clearing everything out. Land clearing jobs like this are physical, methodical work - you're not just cutting stuff back, you're pulling it out, leveling the ground, and making sure what's left behind is actually workable. That's the part a lot of people don't think about until it's done.
Once the clearing was finished and the area was graded down, we brought in fresh gravel and spread it across the entire footprint. The goal here wasn't just to fill space - it was to give the property real, functional parking with good drainage underneath. Gravel handles runoff far better than bare dirt, and it holds up under vehicle traffic without turning into a muddy mess every time it rains.
What you end up with is a clean, open parking area that connects directly to the existing concrete pad. Better access, better drainage, and a lot more usable room on a property that was just wasting that space before. For commercial properties especially, that kind of upgrade makes a noticeable difference in day-to-day operations.
If you've got overgrown areas eating into your usable property - whether it's a business or a residence - land clearing paired with gravel work is one of the most practical improvements you can make. It doesn't take long, and the difference is hard to miss.
